About the Role
You will shape and drive the development of stablecoin and real-world asset tokenization products. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, work with engineers and smart contract developers, integrate oracles, support proof-of-reserve and transparency systems, and assist with testing, audits and incident response.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management, technical program management, or software engineering in fintech, crypto, or DeFi
- Strong understanding of blockchains, smart contracts, and token standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-4626
- Experience with stablecoins, RWA tokenization, or digital asset custody and settlement
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and oracle integrations
- Knowledge of APIs, RPCs, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for stablecoin and RWA tokenization products
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for blockchain and smart contract development
- Design and deliver token issuance, redemption, and reserve management systems with engineering
- Oversee and manage oracle integrations and proof-of-reserve and transparency dashboards
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including testing, audits support, and incident response
