Director of Product Management
Skills
About the Role
You'll own a portfolio of high-stakes, net-new product initiatives, reporting directly to the Global Head of Financial Wellness Technology. You'll lead complex 0→1 initiatives end-to-end, owning the roadmap, driving execution, partnering with Engineering and Design, and shipping. You will carry full accountability for outcomes across initiatives that are technically deep, cross-functional, and high-consequence, requiring you to move comfortably from partner negotiation to product spec to launch readiness. Beyond your own portfolio, you'll raise the bar on how the product organization works, finding better ways to run product and spreading those practices across the team. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and external partners, and you will be a key thought partner on where product is going and how you get there.
