About the Role
You will lead the vision, strategy, development, launch, and commercial success of ITDR and ISPM products. You will manage and coach product managers, translate customer and market needs into product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and partner with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver and launch new capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with responsibility for cloud-focused security, ITDR, or ISPM products
- Demonstrated success driving long-term vision and strategy that resulted in competitive outperformance
- Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
- Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engineering epics and stories
- Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
- Creative and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with G Suite including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms
Responsibilities
- Set and articulate the ITDR and ISPM product vision and strategy
- Lead discovery, prototyping, validation, and launch of new product capabilities
- Manage, coach, and lead product management staff
- Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, and product roadmaps
- Translate client needs into innovative product solutions
- Create business requirements, epics, and user stories with designers, engineers, and architects
- Prioritize features based on product strategy and market needs
- Contribute throughout the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Drive product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy
- Execute product launches with marketing and stakeholders
- Gather customer feedback and insights throughout product development
- Translate technical information between engineering, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive strategic initiatives and execution
- Produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes with design and engineering teams
- Manage user experience testing and analyze customer insights
- Provide and analyze product metrics including conversion, churn, and monthly recurring revenue
