About the Role

You will lead and grow a high-performing product design team across critical product areas. You will set product vision and design direction, partner with product and engineering on strategy, use customer feedback to guide decisions, and unblock teams to accelerate delivery. You will raise the quality bar for product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and craft; coach designers through feedback and mentorship; help define AI-native design practices; and build partnerships across product, engineering, data, and design.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams
• Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking
• Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact
• Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Ability to influence across functions and develop exceptional talent
• Curiosity about how AI changes software and work
