About the Role
You will own end-to-end payment journeys across terminals, mobile SDKs, and localized checkout flows. You will translate technical, hardware, regulatory, and payment constraints into clear interfaces; improve usability and design-system consistency; partner with product and engineering leaders; and document scalable design patterns.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end user journeys for in-person payment touchpoints and regional checkout adaptations
- Translate payment mechanics into clear, intuitive product experiences
- Lead interface design for terminal displays, merchant onboarding flows, and localized checkout components
- Partner with product managers and engineering leads from discovery through execution
- Balance hardware and API constraints with merchant and shopper usability
- Identify experience debt and usability bugs
- Apply and contribute to design systems
- Transform payment configurations and regulatory requirements into self-serve interface interactions
- Document design patterns and share localized context
- Research emerging product-experience methods, tools, AI, and LLMs
