About the Role

You will develop a global power infrastructure strategy and roadmap for AI data centers. You will lead utility, transmission, and regulatory engagement; guide site selection, grid access, interconnection, substations, and transmission planning; and provide technical leadership on electrical design and power systems. You will establish global standards, assess emerging technologies and investment opportunities, and advise senior leadership on infrastructure decisions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading power infrastructure strategy, utility engagement, or grid interconnection for large-scale multi-country data center or infrastructure programs
  • Proven ability to build relationships with utilities, regulators, and stakeholders
  • Expertise in data center electrical design, power systems engineering, grid access, interconnection, substations, and transmission planning
  • Ability to establish global standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience advising senior leadership on infrastructure investments and engineering decisions
  • Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Government Relations, and Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Develop the global power infrastructure strategy and roadmap
  • Lead utility, transmission, and regulatory engagement for new power opportunities
  • Support site selection and power infrastructure planning for AI data centers
  • Provide strategic guidance on grid access, interconnection, substations, and transmission planning
  • Provide technical leadership on data center electrical design and power systems
  • Research emerging technologies and engineering methodologies
  • Serve as the power infrastructure expert for engineering, project delivery, and business decisions
  • Partner with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Government Relations, and Business Development
  • Build global standards, frameworks, and best practices for power infrastructure
  • Advise senior leadership on infrastructure investments, engineering decisions, and emerging technologies
