About the Role

You will manage end-to-end APAC payroll operations across multiple countries. You will ensure accurate and compliant processing, resolve employee and tax matters, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare reporting, manage providers, and support payroll-system integrations and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of payroll-operations experience, including at least 5 years in international payroll
• Payroll-processing experience across regular, off-cycle, severance, taxable-benefit, and equity compensation
• Knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience with payroll journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
• Experience with Workday HRIS and global payroll providers
• Microsoft Excel
• Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll processing for APAC entities
• Support payroll expansion into new countries
• Support month-end payroll accounting tasks
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws
• Manage third-party payroll-provider relationships
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries
• Process stock options with the equity team
• Resolve international tax notices
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics
• Support payroll-system integrations and automation
• Process payroll using Workday and PwC Global Payroll Platform
