About the Role
You will lead 24/7 network operations, ensuring service stability and timely restoration of network infrastructure. You will oversee monitoring, changes, service desk support, incident management, production responses, third-party providers, operational improvements, and strategic execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Network Operations or Engineering experience
- 10+ years managing or leading Technology Operations teams
- IT operations standards for monitoring, logging, and alerting
- ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management standards
- Knowledge of support and operations practices and technologies
- Technical and business knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies
- Expert communication, analysis, problem-solving, influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 network operations
- Ensure network service stability and timely restoration
- Direct monitoring, changes, support, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate incident management and production changes
- Engage third-party providers during incidents
- Respond immediately to production program and system problems
- Develop strategic roadmaps and business cases
- Monitor performance and address operational issues
- Coach employees and develop operational capability
