About the Role

You will work directly with the Founder to translate vision, goals, and ideas into clear decisions and aligned execution. You will anticipate priorities, structure ambiguous work, assess long-term consequences, lead cross-functional problem solving, and run leadership operating rhythms such as OKRs, technical reviews, and decision-making cadences.

Requirements

  • Background in engineering or engineering management
  • Ability to engage credibly with engineering leadership, challenge timelines, and evaluate technical initiatives
  • Senior-level experience running complex cross-functional programmes
  • Experience leading a team or founding a company is preferred
  • Experience managing leaders, including junior managers, is a strong signal
  • Understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and genuine interest in Web3
  • High-calibre degree, or an exceptional track record

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder’s context, priorities, and follow-through
  • Translate ambiguous priorities into clear decisions and aligned execution
  • Assess the second- and third-order consequences of decisions
  • Lead cross-functional problem solving across departments
  • Design and run OKRs, technical reviews, and decision-making cadences
  • Adapt communication for C-level leaders, directors, and other stakeholders
