About the Role

You will shape investor-relations priorities, build relationships with the investment community, and communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and progress. You will prepare executives for investor conversations, analyze market developments, advise leadership, and develop scalable investor-relations processes.

Requirements

• Experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, investing, or a comparable capital-markets role
• Experience synthesizing complex financial and strategic information for sophisticated audiences
• Judgment handling confidential and market-sensitive information
• Excellent written communication
• Experience interacting with institutional investors, analysts, or executives
• Ability to build financial models and analyze financial statements and operating metrics

Responsibilities

• Shape investor-relations priorities and direction with the Head of Investor Relations
• Build relationships with senior investment-community members
• Draft investor-facing financial and strategic messaging
• Represent the company in investor meetings
• Advise leadership on investor sentiment and market expectations
• Lead investor targeting and outreach
• Track AI and technology-market developments and prepare internal briefings
• Manage cross-functional initiatives
• Prepare executives for investor conversations
• Build scalable investor-relations systems, templates, and processes
