About the Role
You will represent the company in the Silicon Valley ecosystem while building investor relationships and market intelligence capabilities. You will support fundraising and shareholder engagement, analyze AI infrastructure and competitive developments, deliver strategic insights, and identify partnership and investment opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, equity research, corporate development, or investor relations
- Strong understanding of the AI, semiconductor, and infrastructure ecosystem
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing relationships across venture capital, growth equity, strategic investors, or the broader Silicon Valley ecosystem strongly preferred
- High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with venture capital, growth equity, crossover, and strategic investors
- Support fundraising, investor diligence, and shareholder engagement activities
- Monitor developments across AI infrastructure, semiconductors, hyperscalers, cloud providers, and emerging AI companies
- Produce market intelligence reports and strategic insights for management
- Support positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Identify strategic partnership, investment, and ecosystem opportunities
