About the Role
You will develop the enterprise IT PMO strategy, operating model, and maturity roadmap. You will govern technology portfolios, lead transformation programs and PMO staff, establish delivery standards and reporting, manage investments and vendors, and align technology roadmaps with business priorities, security, compliance, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Have 12+ years of technology program management, project management, portfolio management, business transformation, or enterprise IT leadership experience
- Have 5+ years of experience leading PMO, program management, project management, portfolio management, or transformation teams
- Have experience building or maturing an enterprise IT PMO
- Have experience leading large-scale, multi-year technology transformation programs
- Understand portfolio governance, demand management, investment prioritization, resource planning, financial management, and benefits realization
- Have experience with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, ITIL-aligned service management, and portfolio-management tools
- Demonstrate executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical ability, and financial acumen
Responsibilities
- Develop the enterprise IT PMO strategy, operating model, and maturity roadmap
- Establish portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, funding, and escalation processes
- Lead strategic enterprise technology programs and transformation initiatives
- Build and lead program management, project management, portfolio analysis, and business operations teams
- Define project delivery methodologies, standards, controls, and metrics
- Manage portfolio roadmaps, investments, budgets, forecasts, vendors, and benefits realization
- Lead program risk management, issue resolution, recovery planning, and executive escalation
- Advance Agile, hybrid, and product-oriented delivery practices
- Ensure programs address security, privacy, compliance, audit, data governance, and change management
