About the Role

You will provide safety oversight for deployments and operational data centers. You will assess and mitigate risk, develop HSE programs, monitor compliance and performance, investigate incidents, deliver training, liaise with regulators, and maintain required safety documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant HSE experience
• Knowledge of federal and state HSE rules and regulations
• Experience implementing HSE rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Experience with electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E and OSHA 30
• Ability to legally work and reside in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel 50%

Responsibilities

• Provide safety oversight for deployments and operational data centers
• Assess worker risks and develop mitigation action plans
• Develop and implement HSE processes, Right to Know policies, and Hazard Communication programs
• Monitor regulatory compliance, HSE objectives, and performance metrics
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Track corrective actions, reports, and audits
• Develop HSE awareness through communications and training
• Liaise with contractors, clients, local agencies, and air quality boards
• Maintain MSDS and SDS documentation at worksites
