About the Role

You will conduct independent Taiwan-focused company and industry research, evaluate investment opportunities, and develop evidence-based investment recommendations. You will monitor market, macroeconomic, regulatory, geopolitical, and company developments; attend investor events; prepare research reports and presentations; and help shape portfolio construction and strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of equity research experience
• Expertise in fundamental research, financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis
• Understanding of business models, industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and shareholder-return drivers
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Tableau, and research tools
• Written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Familiarity with GenAI tools
• Stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate Taiwan investment opportunities
• Conduct independent company and industry research
• Monitor macroeconomic, technological, regulatory, and geopolitical developments
• Attend conferences, earnings calls, and investor meetings
• Prepare research reports, investment presentations, and client materials
• Assess market developments and stock-specific news for portfolio implications
• Contribute investment ideas and influence portfolio construction
