About the Role
You will lead engineers delivering customer deployments to production. You will set technical architecture and priorities, coach and resource engineers, work with customer leaders, resolve deployment blockers, and translate field learnings into product and engineering priorities.
Requirements
- Experience managing engineers who deploy software in customer environments
- Deep systems experience
- Ability to review designs and read code
- Knowledge of systems integration, SDKs, and edge and cloud architectures
- Enterprise customer experience
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience building structure in bespoke environments
- Ability to balance customer urgency with scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, evaluate, hire, and resource forward deployed engineers
- Own technical approaches, architecture, and prioritization across deployments
- Serve as the senior technical partner to customer leadership
- Keep leadership informed of account progress, risks, and blockers
- Drive deployments to production and resolve blockers
- Turn field learnings into product and engineering priorities
