Iron was acquired by MoonPay in Q1 2025 and has since become MoonPay Enterprise. The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. It serves wallets, payment service providers, fintechs, enterprises, marketplaces, and crypto platforms.

About the Role
Own the direction, roadmap, and operating model for Product Data and Analytics across Product and Engineering. Build and lead teams spanning Data Science, Analytics Engineering, and Data Analysts while establishing standards for metrics, experimentation, modeling, dashboards, and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or analytics engineering
- Significant management or leadership experience
- Experience building and scaling a data or analytics function
- Hands-on hiring experience across multiple disciplines
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
- Strong technical fluency in data modeling and experimentation design
- Experience communicating with executives, engineers, and cross-functional partners
- Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto is a strong plus
- Active interest in cryptocurrency and Web3
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving and less-defined environment
Responsibilities
- Own the direction, roadmap, and operating model for Product Data & Analytics
- Recruit, hire, and lead Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Analysts
- Design organizational structure, leveling, and career paths
- Standardize product metrics and experimentation
- Build reusable and trusted data products
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership throughout product development
- Set standards for data modeling, experimentation, dashboarding, and reporting
- Represent data and analytics needs in cross-functional planning
- Mentor team leads and senior individual contributors
- Report on team health, hiring progress, and analytics impact
