About the Role

You will support organic growth for the Thailand market by executing and optimising local SEO initiatives, working closely with both local and global teams. You will develop and execute the Thailand SEO strategy, conduct competitor and market analysis, identify keyword opportunities, and build structured content strategies. You will optimise on-page SEO elements, create content briefs and guide writers, monitor SEO performance, and collaborate with the Global SEO team, an external agency, and the Dev team on technical improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO experience with hands-on execution and strategy involvement
  • At least 1 year experience in CFD, trading, fintech, or Web3 industry
  • Strong understanding of Thailand search behaviour in competitive industries
  • Native Thai speaker with good working proficiency in English
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush or similar tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Technical SEO experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience in financial services or trading industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Thailand SEO strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis within CFD / trading / fintech industry
  • Identify keyword opportunities and build structured content strategies based on search intent
  • Optimise on-page SEO elements (meta, internal linking, content structure, landing pages)
  • Create detailed content briefs and guide writers to produce high-converting SEO content
  • Monitor SEO performance (rankings, traffic quality, conversions) and provide optimisation insights
  • Work with the Global SEO team to align on overall direction
  • Coordinate with the agency on off-page initiatives and evaluate performance impact
  • Collaborate with Dev team on technical improvements when needed
