About the Role
Drive online user acquisition and engagement across international markets, focusing on Filipino and broader Southeast Asian communities. Own influencer networks, partnerships, communities, campaign optimisation, growth metrics, CRM lifecycle management, and cultural expertise for the Philippines market.
Requirements
- Experience in influencer management or digital growth, including Google, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube campaigns.
- Strong background in influencer marketing and community building; B2B partnerships experience is a plus.
- Understanding of ad content creation, A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
- Highly analytical mindset and ability to use data for strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience driving conversion rate optimisation.
- Strategic, execution-focused approach to campaign optimisation and ROI.
- Strong relationships with influencers, agencies and internal teams; Southeast Asian diaspora network is ideal.
- Experience with CRM platforms and churn tracking is nice to have.
- Fintech, remittance or financial services experience is nice to have.
- Adaptability in fast-paced startup environments is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, manage and grow an influencer roster for Southeast Asian diaspora campaigns.
- Develop B2B online growth partnerships and lead PR efforts with media channels and publications.
- Cultivate online communities that drive organic conversions from sign-ups to transacting users.
- Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Work with the Paid Ads team to maintain conversion-driven content.
- Own sign-ups, conversion rates, CAC and recurring revenue for the Philippines corridor.
- Track churn, manage the transactor lifecycle, and collaborate with Finance, Legal and Compliance.
- Serve as the diaspora and cultural expert for the Philippines market during events and planning.
