About the Role
You will take ownership over designing landing pages, ads and ecommerce experiences for a growing portfolio of healthcare brands. Using Figma, you'll turn briefs or lo-fi wireframes into hi-fi designs that developers can bring to life in Webflow or Shopify. You'll create pixel-perfect, intuitive digital experiences that build trust in the brands and spark joy for users, while designing mobile responsive experiences and considering different user behaviours and pathways. You'll edit and retouch images, create icons using Adobe Creative Suite, and contribute to brand design systems across multiple telehealth brands. You'll design digital assets, test and optimise them based on performance, and iterate on your designs based on user feedback. As the first digital designer in the UK Growth Marketing team, you'll also receive regular coaching and interaction from the Australian Growth Marketing team.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Expertise with standard digital design tools
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities
- Experience in landing pages and/or performance marketing design
- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences
- Comfortable with quantitative input to inform design
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Track record of getting buy-in from key stakeholders
- Familiarity with Webflow and/or Shopify (bonus)
- Experience in health and wellbeing, approaching healthcare content with maturity, empathy and understanding (bonus)
- Experience working at a startup (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Help form and implement an adaptable design process across Landing Pages, eCommerce Shopfronts, and Ads
- Use Figma to turn a brief or lo-fi wireframe into a hi-fi design for developers
