Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC (GSIS) is a Delaware limited liability company that administers and sponsors digital-asset investment products. It is the sole remaining sponsor of multiple Grayscale trusts and ETFs, including Bitcoin, Ether, Chainlink, XRP, Solana, Stellar Lumens, and Zcash products. GSIS operates under the Grayscale brand and is part of the Digital Currency Group corporate group.

About the Role
You will own and evolve cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps practices, cloud governance, and delivery architecture. You will build secure, repeatable deployment systems, improve observability and reliability, establish technical standards, and mentor engineers on cloud and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure experience with deep AWS experience
- Demonstrable experience setting technical direction through adopted patterns, standards, or platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Deep experience with Docker, ECS/EKS, Lambda, and Step Functions
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and management, preferably GitLab
- Understanding of DevSecOps, security scanning, and compliance automation
- Knowledge of AWS cloud governance, cost optimization, and architectural best practices
- Ability to translate business and engineering needs into infrastructure solutions
- Agile proficiency
- Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex project timelines
- Experience in a regulated industry or financial services
- AWS certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and related infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Own and evolve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient software delivery
- Implement DevSecOps practices including security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance automation
- Define and enforce cloud governance policies, cost management, and architectural guardrails
- Build observability and monitoring solutions that improve reliability, performance, and incident response
- Partner with security to establish ITGC evidence, audit readiness, and control frameworks
- Accelerate developer productivity through self-service tooling, environment automation, and standardized deployment patterns
- Set architecture standards and technical direction for cloud and delivery
- Stay current on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering trends
- Mentor engineers on infrastructure, cloud architecture, and operational excellence
