About the Role
You will build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure across development, testing, and release workflows. You will improve build performance, reliability, scalability, and security; operate CI infrastructure; troubleshoot failures; develop automation; and participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, build engineering, CI/CD, developer infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related engineering role.
- Experience building, maintaining, or improving CI/CD pipelines and automation systems.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Buildkite, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with dependency management, caching, incremental builds, artifact management, and reproducible builds.
- Experience with Linux, Git, shell scripting, and Python, Bash, or Go.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in build, pipeline, or infrastructure environments.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams.

- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure.

- Develop tooling and automation for developer workflows.
- Operate and scale CI infrastructure.
- Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot build and pipeline failures.
- Contribute to CI/CD architecture, security, and operational practices.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems.
