About the Role
You will automate IT and infrastructure processes, provide onsite and remote support, and guide users on Ubuntu Linux, macOS, and Windows. You will troubleshoot network and cloud infrastructure, coordinate issue resolution, test services, and collaborate on infrastructure-as-code projects.
Requirements
- Experience with IT infrastructure automation and orchestration tools
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Experience with Juniper Networks or Palo Alto Networks
- Experience with Rancher or Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 security framework audits
- Experience with MinIO
- Experience collaborating in an infrastructure-as-code production environment
- Experience using Git for infrastructure-as-code collaboration
- Understanding of SSO, SAML, OIDC, and MFA
- Project and time management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Automate IT and infrastructure processes
- Provide onsite and remote guidance for engineers and staff
- Guide end users on Ubuntu Linux, macOS, and Windows
- Coordinate issue resolution with operations, engineering, and domain specialists
- Provide quality assurance and user acceptance testing for platforms and services
- Manage priorities and complete tasks efficiently
- Deploy, support, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, and cloud network infrastructure
