You will partner closely with engineering teams to understand their workflows and pain points, and lead the design and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and secure deployments at scale. You will build documentation, training, and standards that let teams self-serve, collaborate with development, security, product, and leadership, stay ahead of industry trends in developer productivity and platform engineering, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
