About the Role

You will create and maintain design foundations, reusable components, templates, and AI-ready guidance. You will work with engineers on implementation, accessibility, and platform behavior; prototype AI-assisted workflows; support adoption; and track reuse, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations
• Figma expertise, including component properties, variables, modes, libraries, and file organization
• Knowledge of design-system foundations, component architecture, template systems, tokens, theming, documentation, versioning, and contribution workflows
• Design prototyping and interaction-design skills
• Design-engineering knowledge of implementation constraints, states, APIs, and platform differences
• AI-assisted design and development workflow experience
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Accessibility, compliance, responsive-design, and global-state design knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own design-system initiatives from research through release, adoption, and iteration
• Develop foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes, and platform variation
• Design and evolve core and reusable business components
• Build reusable template systems and AI-readable guidance
• Contribute to tooling infrastructure and validation workflows
• Align design intent, platform behavior, component APIs, and accessibility requirements with engineers
• Prototype and improve AI-assisted design workflows
• Drive adoption through consultation, enablement, migration support, and feedback loops
• Apply acceptance criteria for interaction states, responsive behavior, accessibility, compliance, and handoff
• Manage dependencies and track reuse, adoption, rework, and implementation outcomes
