About the Role
You will establish and improve programs, processes, and tools for product design. You will coordinate operational planning, hiring, onboarding, resource allocation, internal communications, design assets, vendors, and contractors. You will align OKRs and roadmaps, prioritize design work, facilitate retrospectives, and improve team operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate a product redesign
- Implement operational programs, processes, and tools
- Lead planning for team rituals, hiring, onboarding, resource allocation, and internal communications
- Build scalable systems for design-team growth and execution
- Oversee shared design assets, libraries, templates, and systems
- Manage vendor and contractor onboarding, scoping, resourcing, contracts, and performance
- Align OKRs, roadmaps, and delivery milestones with product and engineering operations
- Drive design-work intake, prioritization, and resource planning
- Facilitate retrospectives, team health check-ins, and continuous improvement
