About the Role
You will oversee the design process from concept development through construction drawings. You will review design packages, coordinate consultants and internal stakeholders, support permitting, adapt facilities for advanced compute infrastructure, and maintain schedules and documentation workflows.
Requirements
- Experience as a design manager in data-centre, mission-critical, or high-performance computing projects
- Knowledge of MEP systems, high-density power, and AI-compute infrastructure
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Procore or EDMS systems, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design process throughout project delivery
- Develop, evaluate, maintain, and improve design documentation, standards, and specifications
- Review design packages for code compliance, constructability, and performance
- Identify risks and implement design changes
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and consultant teams
- Coordinate permitting processes with local consultants
- Design facilities for advanced compute clusters, high-power infrastructure, and liquid cooling
- Maintain schedules, deliverable tracking, and documentation workflows
