About the Role
You will establish BIM standards, execution plans, model-review gates, and reusable data-center model components. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, manage clash detection and issue resolution, support construction and commissioning, and prepare accurate digital handover information.
Requirements
- Five or more years of BIM coordination, VDC, or multidisciplinary design coordination experience
- Experience coordinating complex MEP systems in data centers or other mission-critical facilities
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and a common data environment or model coordination platform
- Experience with BIM execution plans, modeling standards, clash detection, and issue-tracking workflows
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, equipment submittals, and construction documentation
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure and constructability requirements
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track issues, and enforce deliverable requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, modeling guidelines, naming conventions, and model deliverable requirements
- Establish BIM execution plans and information-exchange protocols
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural, civil, and technology models
- Manage model federation, clash detection, issue tracking, version control, and resolution workflows
- Administer formal BIM review and approval gates
- Coordinate mission-critical power, cooling, liquid-cooling, and IT infrastructure models
- Support construction coordination, prefabrication, commissioning, and record-model handover
- Coordinate asset information for facilities management, CMMS, and digital-twin platforms
