About the Role
You will develop, coordinate, and maintain multidisciplinary BIM models for industrial facilities. You will create federated models, model building systems, support design reviews and constructability analysis, maintain BIM standards, review deliverables, and prepare coordination packages and reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of BIM modeling, coordination, drafting, or design-technology experience
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, SolidWorks, or comparable BIM/CAD platforms
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary coordination for complex projects
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, and consultant deliverables
- Knowledge of BIM standards, model organization, file management, and coordination workflows
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conceptual and schematic BIM models
- Coordinate BIM models across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines
- Create federated models for design reviews, coordination, constructability analysis, and clash detection
- Model building systems, equipment layouts, utilities, and site infrastructure
- Coordinate clearances, access, routing zones, shafts, risers, and MEP pathways
- Translate engineering documentation into coordinated BIM models
- Maintain BIM standards and model health
- Use collaboration platforms for multidisciplinary coordination
- Prepare coordination packages, exports, and documentation
- Review consultant and contractor BIM deliverables
- Support quantity takeoffs, equipment tracking, asset information, and reporting
