About the Role
You will work with strategic enterprise customers to understand their AI transformation goals, identify high-impact use cases, structure and close deals, and deliver AI agents into production. You will guide customers on agent design and orchestration, build demos, collaborate with engineers and research teams, and present results to technical and executive audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Experience with enterprise customers preferred
- Comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial terms and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to deliver them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Provide field insights to Research teams to shape the platform and model roadmap
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents into production and deliver business outcomes
