About the Role
You meet strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, identify high-impact use cases, structure commercial terms, guide product deployment, build demos, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You also collaborate with engineering, research, and executive stakeholders to implement solutions and shape product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial experience with value propositions and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic Python proficiency
- Familiarity with API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience owning complex ambiguous projects
- Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Familiarity with LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Mandarin and English language skills
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through closing
- Embed within strategic customer organizations and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Scope applications in new industries
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Feed field insights into platform and model roadmaps
- Build and deliver product demonstrations
- Ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes
