About the Role
You will open a new market and build the team needed to serve strategic customers. You will uncover customer needs, identify high-value use cases, and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions. You will design bespoke integrations, guide implementation best practices, present outcomes to technical and executive audiences, and lead major projects from discovery through delivery. You will also develop customer demos, expand applications across industries, and bring field insights into product and research work.
Requirements
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Understanding of API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude with voice and audio AI models and applications
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact
- Experience developing partner ecosystems with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points
- Build and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers
- Identify customer use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
- Guide customers on implementation best practices for voice and audio AI models
- Present work results and future proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Collaborate with research and product teams to incorporate field insights
- Build and deliver compelling technology demos
- Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors
- Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal technology implementation
