About the Role
Hanover Park seeks a Deployment Strategist to turn signed customers into successful reference accounts. The role combines customer deployment, fund finance workflow design, AI enablement, product collaboration, and operational ownership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a founder, FDE, investment banking or private equity associate, consultant, product manager, or customer-focused engineer.
- High agency and ability to work independently.
- Fluency or strong interest in investment-firm operations, including funds, GPs, LPs, capital calls, distributions, and NAV.
- Ability to advise senior fund CFOs on AI workflows while learning their business.
- Bias toward rapid prototyping and shipping.
- Strong customer obsession and willingness to travel for customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
- Write feature specifications with engineering and ship customer-enabling features quickly.
- Build SOPs for capital calls, NAV close, audit preparation, and GP reporting.
- Train CFOs and finance teams to use Hanover Park's MCP with Claude and GPT.
- Build skills, prompts, and agents alongside customers.
- Support customers in Slack and partner with product and engineering on feature prioritization.
