About the Role
You will lead technical delivery across interdependent customer workstreams, translate business goals into delivery plans, and drive production deployments and adoption. You will manage dependencies, milestones, trade-offs, value measurement, reusable patterns, and field feedback for product and research priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership
- Experience leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements
- Deep technical project management expertise
- Experience shipping AI or LLM systems
- Knowledge of solution patterns, integrations, and production pitfalls
- Ability to assess architectures and make technical trade-offs
- Experience with customer workflows, data, constraints, and system architectures
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery plans for multiple interdependent workstreams
- Run day-to-day engineering execution across FDE and customer teams
- Embed with customers to map workflows, shape integrations, and drive production adoption
- Partner with Product and Research to support deployment goals
- Codify reusable solution patterns and evaluations
- Define value cases, baselines, KPIs, and ROI measurement
