About the Role
You will work directly with engineers to understand workflows, identify high-impact use cases, and deploy Devin in production environments. You will lead demos and pilots, support integrations, drive adoption, gather customer feedback, and help shape the roadmap. You will travel as required.
Requirements
- Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish
- Strong engineering foundation
- Record of exceptional performance

- Communication skills for senior engineers and executives
- Tolerance for ambiguity and sustained effort
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
Responsibilities
- Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation
- Identify customer technical challenges and appropriate Devin use cases
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to support integration and adoption
- Implement requested features and advocate for customer needs
- Use customer feedback and product instincts to help set the roadmap
- Lead demos and pilots
