About the Role
You will lead delivery across the Culture and Leadership and Resource Sufficiency workstreams, translate strategic objectives into executable plans, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, oversee reporting and assurance, and maintain delivery momentum.
Requirements
- Experience managing large or complex programs or projects across multiple delivery streams
- Background in hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills
- Experience working on transformation initiatives
- Experience working on risk management programs
- Skills in delivery management, risk management, reporting, and change management
- Ability to operate autonomously and apply critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Communication skills and experience preparing reports for senior leadership and governance forums
- Formal project management qualification
- Experience in matrix organisations or highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Exposure to Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in people and culture and resource sufficiency projects
Responsibilities
- Own workstream planning, execution, and progress tracking
- Manage dependencies, risks, sequencing, and team alignment
- Drive alignment across program and enterprise teams
- Define workstream delivery packages
- Lead reporting material development
- Report project status, risks, and key performance indicators
- Oversee change control and scope governance
- Validate alignment with target-state outcomes
- Ensure delivery evidence meets quality standards
- Champion delivery best practices and continuous improvement
- Lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Contribute to the PM Community of Practice
