About the Role
You will work on-site at client locations to support solution delivery. You will gather and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and process analysis. You will configure, test, and deploy systems, support user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer, troubleshoot issues with technical teams, and document configurations, processes, and implementation decisions. You will work with business stakeholders and technical colleagues to ensure solutions meet client needs and contribute across requirements, implementation, testing, and support phases.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, business analysis, or technical support roles
- Understanding of financial services business processes such as banking, payments, or custody
- Technical aptitude to learn system configurations, understand basic integrations, and troubleshoot issues
- Experience working with enterprise software or financial systems
- Ability to gather requirements and document business processes
- Comfortable working on-site at client locations with significant travel (3+ days per week)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work with business users and technical colleagues
- Self-starter with ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business domains
- Languages: German and English for Zurich; French and English for Geneva; Italian for Lugano; flexibility based on client assignment
- Location: Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva, or Lugano based on client needs)
Responsibilities

- Support implementation activities including system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to solution design activities under guidance from senior staff
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood
- Configure and customize systems based on documented requirements and design specifications
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities
- Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems
- Document configurations, processes, and implementation decisions
- Build knowledge of client business operations and technical environments
- Contribute to delivery activities across requirements, implementation, testing, and support phases
