About the Role

Research on-chain protocols and run data-driven experiments to advance understanding of decentralized finance. Develop and analyze programmatic statistical approaches, work across multiple codebases and languages, and implement solutions using Rust or Python. Operate in Linux environments, use Git for version control, investigate market making strategies and protocol microstructure, and collaborate with experienced traders and developers while receiving mentorship.

Requirements

Proficiency in programming with at least one of Rust or Python
Comfortable working on Linux environments and Git version control
Experience with programmatic statistical analysis and quantitative analytic skills
High level understanding of high-frequency market making strategies
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and DeFi protocols
Passion for learning about protocol microstructure and design mechanisms
Student graduating in 2027 and available for a 3-6 month placement
