About the Role
You will work with growth, product, and marketing to identify customer-journey levers. You will analyze funnels, cohorts, and user behavior; build dashboards, alerts, and automated reporting; design and evaluate experiments; monitor data quality with engineering; and turn data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Business-minded data science experience with metrics frameworks, behavioral models, and hypothesis testing.
- SQL, Python, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work with data at scale and translate it into insights.
- Knowledge of user behavior, growth, and retention.
- Ability to conduct exploratory analysis, build behavioral models, test hypotheses, and make strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Work with growth, product, and marketing to identify key levers in the customer journey.
- Analyze funnels, cohorts, and user behaviors to surface decision-driving insights.
- Build dashboards, alerts, and automated reporting.
- Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and growth tests.
- Monitor data quality and collaborate with engineering to maintain reliability.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to scale analysis.
- Translate data into clear, actionable narratives for product and business decisions.
