About the Role
You will drive Sportsbook customer generosity distribution and bonus spend optimization through customer segmentation, modeling, automation, reporting, and data analysis. You will develop predictive models, investigate customer behavior, communicate insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of data science experience
- Minimum 1 year building and deploying complex machine learning models
- Technical skills for quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience manipulating large datasets in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Python, R, C#, VBA, or similar software
- Experience explaining technical projects to non-technical stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is advantageous

- Complete data science projects from start to finish
- Agree project KPIs with stakeholders
- Report project progress and outcomes
- Deliver customer segmentation and predictive models
- Improve understanding of customer behavior and promotion effectiveness
- Use AI to enhance data science work while managing AI risk
- Develop behavioral features for analysis, segmentation, and modeling
- Create and improve models for business problems
- Present insights and predictions with visualizations and clear explanations
- Optimize data quality and data modeling pipelines
- Learn skills needed to work independently and accurately
- Identify improvement opportunities with stakeholders
