About the Role
You will analyze what drives successful sales proofs of concept and self-service trials. You will partner with growth stakeholders to improve product-led sales, evaluate monetization strategies, experiment with data tools and workflows, provide feedback to product teams, and help colleagues use Hex effectively as a data workspace.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, data scientist, or equivalent analytical professional experience
- Track record of maximizing business impact while navigating ambiguity and unblocking supported functions
- Curiosity about new technologies and willingness to experiment with data tools and workflows
- Commitment to quality, simplicity, and maintainability
- Strong agent management skills
- Knowledge of SQL and dbt
- Experience maintaining data warehouses and ELT pipelines
- Experience at a sales-driven B2B company is helpful
- Experience with emerging data ecosystem tools or methods is helpful
- Community involvement through documentation, mentoring, or external knowledge sharing is helpful
