About the Role
You will coordinate residential robot data-collection sessions before, during, and after execution. You will communicate with field teams, resolve operational issues, coordinate logistics and asset delivery, provide status updates, escalate blockers, and improve procedures and tracking tools. You will travel to offsite Bay Area locations during night-shift hours.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel to offsite Bay Area locations using personal transportation.
- 2–4 years of experience in field operations, site supervision, construction management, event production, or related coordination roles.
- Experience directing multiple cross-functional teams.
- Real-time problem-solving and critical decision-making skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination for residential robot data-collection sessions.
- Maintain real-time communication with field teams to address operational challenges.
- Troubleshoot non-technical and operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate facilities, operators, and staging teams for logistics and asset delivery.
- Provide status updates, escalate critical blockers, and report progress.
- Document procedures, flag recurring issues, and refine standard operating procedures and tracking tools.
