About the Role

You will install, configure, and test data center infrastructure. You will maintain and upgrade equipment, monitor and troubleshoot systems, coordinate with local and remote teams, document work, follow safety and quality practices, and provide on-call support during critical incidents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data center operations experience
• Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, servers, and storage systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new data center infrastructure
• Perform maintenance and upgrades
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Coordinate with local and remote teams on operations and projects
• Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Follow safety, quality, and data center management practices
• Provide on-site technical support during critical incidents or outages as part of an on-call rotation
