About the Role
You will turn complex compliance and regulatory data into actionable insights. You will build and maintain datasets, pipelines, dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports; automate workflows and governance controls; monitor data quality; support audits and risk assessments; and communicate findings to compliance and leadership stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data analysis and data management experience in financial services or a regulated industry
- Experience with compliance and regulatory reporting frameworks including AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID
- Understanding of regulatory risk and audit-ready environments
- Expert SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions
- Proficiency with Python, pandas, matplotlib, and plotly
- Experience with dbt or similar data-modeling tooling
- Experience managing data pipelines and workflow orchestration
- Proficiency with QuickSight, Power BI, or Superset
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Design dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports
- Automate compliance-related data solutions, governance controls, and workflows
- Analyze complex datasets and create scalable, audit-ready data models
- Translate regulatory and business requests into reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow
- Lead cross-functional data-pipeline and data-source projects
- Monitor client data quality, identify issues, and coordinate remediation
- Support data requests for audits, exams, risk assessments, and business needs
- Deliver data-driven compliance insights
