About the Role

You will gather, analyze, and triage large-scale fleet data for safety learning and compliance reporting. You will operationalize requirements through analyses, dashboards, and workflow automation; improve reporting pipelines; use AI-assisted triage; and build and maintain safety dashboards in Looker and Databricks.

Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Robotics, Statistics, or a related field
4+ years of experience working with large-scale datasets
Programming skills in Python, pandas, and PySpark
Advanced SQL and Spark query development
Experience designing and maintaining dashboards in Looker, Databricks, Tableau, or similar platforms
Attention to detail when analyzing technical, engineering, or forensic data
Familiarity with LLMs, VLMs, prompt engineering, and context engineering
Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical content

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and maintain safety data-gathering, analysis, and reporting processes
Support safety-learning data programs, processes, and dashboards
Improve data pipelines, triage processes, and dashboard functionality
Use LLMs, VLMs, prompt engineering, and context engineering for event summarization, triage, and workflow automation
Support operational safety and compliance programs
Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Looker and Databricks
