About the Role
You will lead agreed data and business-improvement initiatives from discovery through adoption. You will map processes, define requirements, analyse data with SQL, build reports and dashboards, prototype and validate agentic workflows, coordinate delivery, and measure outcomes. You will help users adopt trusted data, analytics and workflow solutions.
Requirements
- Experience combining data analysis and business-process improvement from problem definition through adoption
- SQL skills for analytical or warehouse data analysis, discrepancy investigation and data-quality assessment
- Business analysis skills, including discovery, process mapping, requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria
- Experience prototyping or evaluating AI-assisted or agentic workflows with business data
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and reviewing generated code and outputs
- Experience with business-intelligence or data-visualisation tools
- Analytical judgement and problem-solving skills
- Facilitation, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to independently lead complex cross-functional work
- Experience testing and validating solutions, documenting changes and supporting adoption
- Knowledge of data access and sensitive-information handling
Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery and identify improvement opportunities
- Map current-state and future-state processes
- Define prioritised requirements, business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Use SQL to analyse data, investigate discrepancies and identify operational issues
- Build and validate repeatable analyses, reports, dashboards and measures
- Enable self-service analytics and agentic data experiences
- Design agentic workflows, approval points, exception handling and fallback processes
- Prototype, evaluate and validate analytical and agentic solutions
- Define data requirements, metrics and data-quality resolutions
- Plan and deliver agreed initiatives while managing scope, dependencies and risks
- Support implementation, training, operational handover and adoption
- Measure adoption, reliability and business outcomes
- Contribute reusable analytical methods, workflow patterns and testing practices
