About the Role
Serve as a delegate in various DAOs by providing feedback, participating in discussions, executing on-chain and off-chain votes, consulting stakeholders, developing relationships, pursuing DAO sub-organization opportunities, running applications and campaigns, and proposing governance initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business partnership operations and strategic planning and implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical business experience
- Strong analytical skills to provide feedback and identify DAO governance opportunities
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Serve as a delegate in DAOs, providing forum feedback and engaging in discussions
- Execute on-chain and off-chain votes while consulting with stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with DAO stakeholders and partners
- Identify and pursue participation opportunities in DAO sub-organizations
- Prepare applications and run public relations and campaign activities to gain selection
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to assess blockchain ecosystem contribution opportunities
- Formulate, propose, and execute governance plans and initiatives
