About the Role
You will set and execute the government enablement strategy for Daybreak. You will research audiences, design curricula, deliver training and executive briefings, create learning materials, lead cyber councils, translate customer feedback into product recommendations, and measure proficiency and sustained adoption.
Requirements
- Active security clearance, preferably TS/SCI
- Deep cybersecurity expertise across threat modeling, vulnerability management, detection, incident response, and recovery
- Fluency in Daybreak capabilities, applications, and deployment requirements
- Experience building and delivering cybersecurity enablement programs
- Experience with executive briefings, technical training, and curriculum creation
- Understanding of government cyber missions, security requirements, and operational constraints
- Understanding of U.S. cybersecurity laws, regulations, and policies
- Experience leading teams of cyber enablement professionals
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the government enablement strategy for Daybreak
- Lead training, demonstrations, workshops, and executive conversations
- Create learning materials, courses, labs, videos, guides, and playbooks
- Bring customer feedback and deployment challenges into product development
- Lead cyber councils and community discussions
- Develop practical guidance for human-machine teaming in cyber
- Coordinate with product, security, deployment, and customer teams
- Assess proficiency and sustained adoption
