About the Role
You will plan and deliver security projects that strengthen existing defenses and create new ones. You will secure development pipelines, cloud systems, AI tooling, credentials, and proprietary assets; assess threats and risks; communicate trade-offs; and participate in an on-call rotation for incidents and urgent security questions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of cybersecurity, DevOps, or relevant experience
- Familiarity with software development security, including pipelines, artifact registries, supply chain attacks, dependency confusion, and slopsquatting
- Hands-on cloud-security experience
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling and its risks
- Current knowledge of the threat landscape
- Structured risk thinking, including threat modeling, prioritization, and communicating trade-offs
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects to upgrade existing defenses and create new ones
- Secure development pipelines, artifact registries, and software supply chains
- Assess cloud-security and AI-tooling risks
- Monitor the threat landscape and prioritize effective defenses
- Perform threat modeling and communicate security trade-offs to non-security stakeholders
- Respond to security incidents and urgent questions during on-call rotations
