About the Role
You will supervise controls installation verification and checkout through L2–L5 commissioning stages. You will coordinate functional testing with vendors and trade partners, manage controls schedules and punch closure, enforce commissioning documentation and safety requirements, and coordinate shift coverage while reporting progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years supervising controls or BMS/EPMS work on mission-critical or large industrial projects
- Command of Tridium/Niagara, ALC, Siemens, or comparable building automation platforms
- Knowledge of EPMS platforms
- Fluency with sequences of operations, points lists, and one-lines
- Experience with shift supervision, trade coordination, and daily reporting
- Willingness to rotate through active construction sites, including night shifts
Responsibilities
- Supervise controls installation verification and checkout across L2–L5 commissioning stages
- Run point-to-point verification and witness functional performance tests
- Manage controls startup schedules and drive punch closure
- Enforce commissioning documentation gates and site safety requirements
- Coordinate shift coverage and report progress to the Site Lead
