About the Role
The CV Access Fellowship provides education about startups and venture capital, mentorship, financial support, pitch-meeting exposure, thematic work, and an opportunity to complete a final deliverable. Fellows commit roughly 10 hours per week for 12 weeks.
Requirements
- Be a high-potential college junior or senior from an underrepresented background
- Have authorization to work for and be paid by a United States company
Responsibilities
- Attend pitch meetings with entrepreneurs
- Learn the fundamentals of venture capital investing
- Contribute to thematic work
- Complete a deliverable showcasing knowledge gained during the fellowship

Hiring Process
Applications are accepted until July 14. Interviews are conducted during July and August, with transcripts requested. The selection process is completed in late August, followed by the Fall fellowship beginning in mid to late September or the Spring fellowship beginning in mid to late January.
